Inter-Jet Systems Changes Name to IJS Global; Launches Revamped Web Site

QUEENS, NY (July 7, 2005)--Inter-Jet Systems, Inc., an international air and ocean freight forwarder, customhouse broker and non-vessel operating common carrier, announced today it has officially changed its corporate name to IJS Global Inc.®

To celebrate the transition, IJS Global has launched a dramatically re-designed and robust web site, www.ijsglobal.com. Visitors to the site can use it to manage their shipment flow and find out more information about IJS Global and its operations.

John Gallahan, IJS Global’s president and CEO, said the new name more accurately reflects IJS Global’s value proposition, which is to focus on multi-modal transport and diversified logistics services. It also underscores the global nature of IJS Global’s operations and those of its customers, he said.

In April, IJS Global announced it had acquired certain assets of A. Burghart Shipping Co., Inc., a Springfield, N.J.-based customs broker, ocean freight forwarder and non vessel operating common carrier in business since 1956. The transaction strengthened IJS Global’s prowess in the ocean freight and customs brokerage segments, enhancing its one-stop shop value proposition to U.S.-based importers and exporters.
