The principal declares to have read and understood the general conditions of IJS Global via
<IJS Global (Netherlands) B.V. General Conditions>
and the principal accepts that these conditions are applicable to the agreement between the principal and IJS Global.
Furthermore, the principal authorizes IJS Global to conclude agreements with carriers, in its capacity of forwarding agent within the meaning of article 8:60 Dutch Civil Code. The carrier’s general conditions may apply to the contracts of carriage. These general conditions can be consulted by following the above mentioned hyperlinks.
